Most of the time business owners just hear complaints and problems. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the Lochnivar boiler and the set-up we purchased from you. It was kind of a pain to plumb the boiler and all the tubing with this being a remodel instead of a completely new installation.

But after you talked me through the initial start-up we just left the slab stat at 42 degrees and just walked away from it . There has been only one time it was completely overwhelmed and it took awhile to get it thawed off. In spite of this winter being a lot worse than last year our gas bill is much lower.
